BUCCLEUCH GUNDOGS - GAME DAYS

There will be a limit of 5 guns and 5 dog handlers per day.  The cost will be £60 for the gun and £40 for the handler per day.  The group can be made up from one party or as a group of individuals.

Ferret days for rabbits are also available for guns and handlers.

Set in the beautiful valleys at Buccleuch, the retrieves vary from the simplest of steadying exercises to the most challenging.  There will be a mixture of cover, bracken and rash, steep faces and different types of jumps including fences and dry stone walls.

The day starts at 9.00am, meeting at the Buccleuch Kennels.  The first 1/2 hour will be used as a briefing on what the day involves and on the group's objectives to be achieved throughout the course of the day, these can be tailored to suit each individual party.  Then straight into the session, with a break in the middle for lunch. 

There will be a de-brief at the end of the session.

You will need to bring your own packed lunch with you.
